Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.
• Custom Orders: Since custom pieces are uniquely made just for you, they can only be canceled within 48 hours of ordering. After that, they’re final sale.

However, we want you to love your custom jewelry! If you're not thrilled with how it turns out, our Happiness Guarantee ensures we’ll repair or remake it until you’re satisfied.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• We can’t take responsibility for remakes due to incorrect size, color, material, or customization choices.
• Every piece is covered by our two-year warranty for any repairs or re-plating due to normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at eishaaibad@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the reason for your return. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 3 days for processing your refund, exchange, or remake.

✔️ Make sure it's clear and legible to ensure the best engraving.
✔️ Some signatures may be slightly adjusted for production purposes while keeping their essence intact.

✔️ Production takes 15-20 business days to craft your unique piece.
✔️ Once ready, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
